We’ve all experienced situations where we seem to have landed up in conflicts with people around us. It happens due to their different ideas and ways of working, all hell-bent on the fact that their way is the right and only way. If we start speaking against their ‘right and only’ ways, it marks the start of a never ending roller coaster ride with all its ups and downs.
